general contractor is joint venture between block and kay cahill. 117 for rent. concrete podium. we had the site permit approved earlier this month. we have permit fees to pay before it is issued. it has been approved. we are starting this one earlier. the other one around march or april 2022 through october 2023. there is retail on the ground floor of the building. 4210 square feet on the building. this site plan isn't as pretty as the other ones. it tells us what we need to know. east side we have two different be lobbies. two different buildings connected by walkways between the two different buildings. you will see the elevation on the project. there is a north and south lobby. you can see where the elevators are and the garage entrance as well next to that northernmost lobby. you also have retail. you have one, two, three. on the either side of the ease way mid block easement so the public can go underneath the walkways and retail along the southern side of the building as well. this is a view of the one from the marina. you can see the plaza behind the administration buildi
