at least the university is -- meanwhile caitlin was asking the police department that's going on with my case, trying to get the prosecutor -- the woman in charge was a deputy attorney, a woman in her mid-40s refused to talk with her. of the the law requires prosecutors to talk to victims. i mean she has to decide whether to prosecute this. so she wouldn't talk to her but nonetheless decided to decline to prosecute and so the case went nowhere. meanwhile this woman refused to even meet with kaitlyn and the when the university is having hearings to determine whether this guy called calvin smith was even guilty. she went out of her way, spent hours too late to testify on his behalf at the university which was outrageous. the university despite the testimony found him guilty and expelled him. >> host: i was going to say maybe we can talk a little bit about the difference between campus at adjudication hearings and that system as a competitor going to the police. there's a lot of information out there about the difference because campus sexual assault has become such a national issue, the
