director cajina. >> can you hear me? i had a question about transit ambassadors. are we focusing resources on lines. folk in stations. >> ambassadors near places where we have known issues. this is why data collection is important. many ambassadors are ride lines that are full of students -- who sometimes create incidents on muni but who are folks are trained again in order for those demographics of people by age, gender and race. they are trained in techniques to deescalate without engaging with law enforcement. right. that is in the necessarily going to end well. that will is the group of ambassadors focused on a safe school commute and another team of ambassadors focused on lines we hear that there are problems. this ambassadors can best handle. in addition, we have our transit fare inspectors. the job to collect fare and have training around deescalation and getting people access to services they need. and having a presence on the vehicle. that makes everyone know that -- this needs to be a civilized space. >> the data we are using to identify these hot spots,
