but when you're coming out of oxnard that i can't remember that the road that goes up towards calabasas funnel and these winds are blowing directly down it. so it's, you know, it's kind of got a little coffee park vibe, right. but fountaingrove was much smaller. this is a much larger coffee park. so it's got i'm not saying for houses burned, but i mean, in terms of how the dynamics of the fire is working. so for us, we're getting a little bit of a break. they'll get a break too as we go forward. i just want to show you this long range model. look at this bad boy. that's on monday. sunday night. monday. that's great. and that door kind of kicks open, right? look at what's right behind it. so this could be the beginning potentially. and i'm always eternally optimistic. certainly because i want that first rain before we get, you know, too far down the road here because i know fire season is supposed to last all year round. but the truth is, it's a lot different when it rains, right? so if it's dry, yeah, it's all year round. but if it rains, it's not fire season. and that's with the possib
