chick-fil-a could be declared public nuisance in one southern california city. this is what the line looked like at lunch yesterday at the chick-fil-a in pleasanton. it is so bad they have to have cones directing drivers in separate lines. some customers have also complained about traffic on main street. the lines have gotten to be too much for some livermanning in santa barbara. they say the cars in the drive thru are causing chaos and want city leaders to do something about it already it has created an attractive nuisance and clear and present danger. i don't think we should wait until someone gets killed. i brought this to the attention of city council and city administrator two and a half years ago. in two and a half years, nothing has changed. >> the store owner said they asked the city to expand the parking lot. in the meantime they did add a second drive thru to ease congestion. people want their chicken. >> they do. the more space you add i think the more people will come. >> we'll see what happens. >>> still ahead, an amazing fossil find for scientists
