one is that the california public utilities commission -- by pg & e the right to retain an option to create an organization that would market against cca's the commission rejected the proposal on the basis that it wasn't in compliant with the commission order. the commission order says you tell us that you don't intend to market against cca's or tell us how you would set up an organization in order to do that fairly. i haven't heard whether pg & e intends to file anything sooner or later. are there any questions about that? no. also the staff received approval for an implementation plan for the public utilities commission in november. that sort of -- we do have a duty to provide those implementation plans to the commission so they understand our business plan and how we will protect consumers, but they really don't have direct authority over the commission in that regard. this commission. >> finally you are all aware that pg & e and a number of other parties filed a settlement that would create a green tear off of pg & e service and that will need to be heard whether they will adopt t

provide 100% renewable product to all clean power sf customers, renewable by the california public utilities commission standards. and we are planning to initiate work on our local buildout at launch. we're doing planning and work on that right now which i can explain a little more in a few minutes. as i mentioned, we have a contract with shell energy of north america for 20 to 30 megawatts of power. and something that i've been working on very hard in the last month or so is an investigation of whether we can be buying power in-house with expertise we already have. san francisco puc already scheduled and delivers about 240 megawatts of power to municipal and other customers every year, adding -- adding 10 or 20 megawatts would not be a big change in what they're doing. it's a matter of conducting some risk assessment and figuring out the best way to do that on behalf of the city. i also think i should tell you that we believe we could serve the program with hetch hetchy power at least four months out of most years and we're doing some analysis of that internally as well. and finally because the shell
