a year and recommendation is 4 to 6 million a year and fund a trust which we look at joining with calpers. that will over time allows to chip away at the significant liabilities so that seems like a prudent step for us to take. we also had a discussion about the fall 2016 school site budget process where 62als look at their moment and true up the budget based on what they have versus what we thought they would have in the spring. we are holding a number of schools that saw enrollment decline harm bss by about $35 thousand if i got that right. so, some schools take a hit but the first $35 thousand that they would otherwise have to giver back we are holding harmless. weern going have a bunlt committee meeting on january 4th. in light of the fact that xhigdser wynns will be leeb thg board and commissioner murase isn't available we need to reschedule so will discuss with staff and announce the next meeting when it is scheduled. >> thank you. any other updates on committees reports? >> thank you very much. very excited about the student advisory council. i know the 555 building there is a annu
