the second crash happened on a caltrans facility, in the district 11. this vehicle failed to yield to a pedestrian that was crossing, and this -- this street already has a pending project to do another set of h.i.p.s this state route, and this will probably not in project and completion in 2019, and the last crash was at broadway near rock t stockton, and that crash involved a pedestrian crossing the block being hit by a vehicle early in the morning, and that construction was under completion. [inaudible] >> -- such as the broad case, and then, projects that are pending implementation where we have projects that are coming but they didn't, unfortunately, come soon enough for the fatal that happened. this was a picture that we did on manzell, again, this is -- mansell, this is just an indication that this is not a safe place to pass other people. we are looking at more changes along the corridor, but again, this is a project that had recently been completed, so it had a lot of other projects built into it. like i said, construction can be an issue. this

facilities charges should the board and our funding partners agree on the facility charge for the transit center, from caltran high speed rail. and we also updated our real operation report which again confirmed we do need three tracks from the 4,000 station into the transit center. and we updated our cost estimate for rider acquisition. in 2018, we participated in the rail operations peer review, which again, confirmed we need three tracks to operate efficiently into the sales force transit center, and partially completed the 30% design for the project. we were not able to do the complete design for 30% for the project because we were not able to secure funding for the design, and advice of the funding partners we agreed that we would refresh the 30% design for the elements of the d.t.x. that are common to the alternatives studied under the alignment at the time, looking at different alignment, so only updated common alternatives. moving forward, move into the rest. also applied for t.r.c. funding, however we were not successful. applied for $275 million, we intend to apply next year and escalate the amount

facilities on northgate, or to access the new westbound on-ramp. and then, i'm sorry, eastbound on-ramp. the green is the alignment to connect to the existing eastbound caltrans on-ramp. this project should go out to bid this fall. and move into construction next spring, and then be completed in the summer of 2020. at the 95% drawings for this work are being reviewed by public works, and m.t.a. and other city agencies currently. which brings us to the westside bridges. you can see the bridges or the bio debt structures that carry treasure island structures on the west side of the island they are, this, again, was part of the initial funding commitment that the t.a. secured from the federal highway bridge program as well as state prop one b., to reconstruct these projects. participation is limited to only those costs that would be ineligible under those other programs, which consisted, primarily, of some of the preliminary engineering and design, now that the project is moving into final design and construction, i will forward to going commitment is quite small. but again this project is planned to begin construction in the summer of 2020 after completion of t
