their father says that maybe they were spotted yesterday morning at a caltrans station.s taken to facebook and put together a page with lolts of pictures of the two, spread throughout the bay area, sacramento and fresno. if anyone has seen these girls, if you know where they are, every hour that goes by is incredibly difficult for their father. >> we need to get the word out to as many people as we can. my children have been missing. this is hard. this is the hardest thing i have ever had to do. i don't know where they are. i want to find them. >> it is difficult to imagine how that father is feeling. there are so many questions. no amber alert has been issued. police say they don't know what that would be for. no one saw the girls being taken. we are told the school has been made aware of this. classes are set to start in about an hour and a half or so. we'll be hearing from students and classmates as they come to school this morning. to are now, the family is asking if you have seen these two girls or if you do see them at some point, to please call your local police.

caltrans headquarters in oakland. so far no strike has been called, but it is still looming. we do have team coverage. jodi hernandez is live at the walnut creek b.a.r.t. station with passenger reaction. we want to start with christie smith live in oakland with a look at the talks. any progress? >> reporter: good morning to you. well t marathon negotiations that broke off at the caltrans building at 3:00 this morning came up with this for you. your trains are rolling today, tomorrow could be a different story. basically, b.a.r.t. workers say they agreed to give b.a.r.t. one more day to come up with a proposal that works. they agreed to keep talking while this goes on but b.a.r.t. says gm, she made it clear the transit agency laid out its best last and final offer on the table. b.a.r.t. workers will have two weeks to decide whether to take or leave it. the talks went way past the midnight deadline stated with state lawmakers asking workers to stay put and b.a.r.t. to pull back that offer. what it does is basically allow b.a.r.t. to declare an impasse or even impose a contract if they decide to. so here's the offer on the table according to b.a.r.t.'s general ma
