. >> calvin davis. >> jennifer fredenbach and christian walt are. >> good afternoon. >> good afternoon, my name is jennifer and i am the director of the coalition on homelessness and starting in 1998, the mta listening to the large corporate interests such as the free starting banning over night, parking in commercial areas and as a result many of the large vehicles and the people in their vehicles were displaced to residential areas. then, people, comfortable people, complained about the reference of large vehicles in their neighborhoods. some of these complaints, for example, blocking the visual clearance of stop signs were legitimate, and others were not. they are based on bias and discomfort with the presence of poor people in their neighborhood. the board of supervisors made what we believe to be another poor politically decision to ban the large vehicles and the mta responded to the power structure and expanded the physical area that the vehicles would be band and scaled it back based on input from the san francisco police department and today we have a proposal that has large ve
