we just checked, blocking that off-ramp there at camden avenue. it sounds like the westbound lanes of camden avenue, city streets, also blocked because of this. they are working to clear it but the stalled big rig is causing issues there in the south bay. otherwise coming out of downtown san jose, pretty quiet. just a few headlights on northbound 280. it's always a little harder to see that camera. once the sun comes up it's clearer and you can see the traffic when it gets busy. 880 past the coliseum, no major issues across this stretch. we had that one problem if you were watching earlier, northbound 880 at the 98th avenue off-ramp, it sounded like there was a slow-speed chase and there may have been a minor accident once the cars ended up on the off-ramp so chp may still be there. the main lines of the freeway are clear, not impacted. bay bridge no big delay still. at 5:18. there was some overnight roadwork on the dumbarton bridge. looks like that's picked up. and on the san mateo bridge no issue in either direction this morning on westbound or
