we're in a wind tunnel here on one of the main drags in camden. you can look at the american flag now it is blowing away from me, it was just blowing toward us, so, it is gusty winds, in every kind of direction, so when you're in the bus shelter and only the sheet of glass blocking the winds at your back, suddenly the winds hits you in the face. when you have a wind gust at 25 miles an hour, look at the haddon avenue sign blowing. that really makes it feel like your skin will turn numb and frostbite can set in in ten minute. we got like mount evans conditions out here on haddon avenue in camden. you can hear the metal creaking as the street lights bend and blow in this wind. so real tough out here. one of the good signs here at camden county police headquarters is the usual homeless people that you see gathered under the entranceway. none gathered around here today, only four we found at the bus shelter nearby here, in camden, just couple of blocks away. that's good sign. it tells you that the great people, these outreach people, both on each side
