safety cameron kitchens uninjured and cart off the field yesterday as buffalo e bills' safety damar hamlin is set to play his first regular season game since his near death experience last season. jeff was a huge upset e win as the unranked miami hurricanes cruised past the number 23-ranked texas a&m aggies. but at about two minutes left in the game, something very scary happened as one of the hurricanes' players was not only carted off the field, but he was then hospitalized. the hurricanes safety went in for a tackle, but as he did that, shortly after sort of just rolled over and laid on the field. the medical team responded to help him. thankfully, he was reportedly awake and communicating with those around him on the field. eventually he was trapped down on a stretcher with his head and neck secured. the team later posted this picture on social media showing cameron in a hospital bed but smiling and gesturing that infamous hurricanes u. head coach mario cristobal didn't know the nature of the injury during the postgame news conference but says everything seems relatively normal. >> as hart as it -- hard as it gets, you know in you've got parents in the stands, teammates. footbal
