supervisor campos: thank you. next speaker. >> hi. jean brashear, green energy director at global exchange. and we do have some concerns and questions about the specific term sheet. but we do like what's most important for it to move forward at this point so the board of supervisors can engage about it. we do think it's very important for clean power s.f. to be moving forward and be moving forward in a timely manner. of course, that is because of the great potential that clean power s.f. has for what it can do for building local renewable generation in our city and the economic boost that would bring and the green careers it could provide and all of that, that it could bring. the city, we do see we really do need to have the preparatory work of planning the local buildout to be happening now seriously so it can operate in parallel to inform the procurement process and be working in parallel with that. so we hope that the s.f. p.u.c. will get the special meeting. actually, we're encouraging the p.u.c. to get that s

supervisor campos: thank you. lieutenant, and did you want to add anything? >> good morning. i am the officer in charge of our court and legal liaison unit. i want to share some of the things that we have done since this audit came out last year. one of the biggest improvements we have made is we have gone to a new human resources management system in may 2010. this system provides automated safeguards that directly respond to many of the report recommendations. another big improvement we have made since this audit came out is the court liaison unit took over in putting all court overtime cards. in the past, district station would in but the cards, but now all are being inputed by and the court liaison unit which provides us " -- additional oversight and accountability, and more efficiency. the third thing we did was part of this audit, one of the recommendations was that we need to create more written policies regarding court over time. this audit had many chapters regarding overtime. i can speak on the court lia

supervisor campos: thank you. next speaker. >> and eric brooks representing san francisco green party and our city. i have a quick disclaimer. neither i nor any of the organizations i represent have received a penny and never will receive a penny from local power. there is no relationship like that. to get to some specifics about the work itself, just to put it in context the first part that june referred to that we need the sfpuc is largely a task of gathering information, voluminous information about pg & e and sfpuc and its rate pairs, etc., so that it's a huge amount of information that has to be crunched and then more work needs to be done to scope out the entire -- they were talking about scoping out the entire city for a full buildout of renewable and hundreds of efficiencies in hundreds of mega watts. in sonoma county, just that beginning part of getting rate pair information and analyzing that data that component all in itself cost $300,000. and sonoma has a similar size rate base as san francisco does. s

supervisor campos: i think it is possible to do that. even though we have these great districtwide elections, i think district election still allow you to deal with larger issues. we feel that we certainly have demonstrated that as a board. individual supervisors have demonstrated that. one of the pieces of legislation we worked on last year that we are very proud of is the health services master plan, which is legislation that for the first time has a city like san francisco thinking about the health needs of the city of seoul. -- cities as all whole. it is good for us to know what the health care needs of the city are going to be in the next couple of years or long term. so, making sure those who do planning and other things, that we think strategically about the need citywide and also neighborhood by neighborhood. and we were able to do that and pass that legislation as a district-elected supervisors, even though this is legislation that impacts the entire city in the future of health care in san francisco for many years to come. i th

supervisor campos: over a year? >> yes. as it relates to the airport for the audit of air canada, there is one outstanding recommendation that is in process, and currently we have uncovered $24,000 in underpaid fees and interest during the two-year audit. we are asking that the department research their records and determine if any additional under reporting has occurred with regards to landing weight. as it relates to the audit of smart cart, there are two outstanding recommendations. again, our expectation is that the airport will look at those and continuing -- continue to look at those items. they are looking into it and plan on doing something. that would be satisfactory. the sfo shuttle bus company contract stated that it need to be improved significantly. there are eight outstanding recommendations. one is in process. the department started out to implement five. for call for amendments to the contract that expires in december. -- four call for amendments to the contract that expires in december. while we know they w
