candace gibson has more. >> this morning we are hearing for the first time from the son and daughter of tammy myers the mom gunned down after a road rage incident. >> she was protecting me that night and she did everything and was teaching me how to drive. and now a drastically different account. after myers was shot in the head after giving her daughter a driving lesson in this parking lot. >> homicide detectives now say that myers encountered a speeding gray sedan with one person inside. her daughter reached over and honked the corn and the other driver gets angry and pulled in front of the pair's vehicle and stopped and confronted myers who allegedly doesn't say anything back. las vegas police say the 44-year-old was not followed home immediately but instead got her son and a handgun and went looking for the suspect. >> her 22-year-old son came out of house and got in the car and was armed with a firearm and went in search with that person that mrs. myers was involved with. >> they spot the suspect's vehicle nearby and then returns home that is when the suspect's vehicle followed
