we don't use canola oil very much but back in the sixties canola oil was very fun. yes. with canola oil. do we want to go there? it was on sheets. we don't want to go there. never mind. usually this dish can be prepared and cooked in under 30 minutes, but as i found out cooking with adrian and manny also involved vodka shots to keep things moving, which ended up slowing things down. you drink while you're cooking. and you're cooking and you're part of it. usually we're drinking wine or something but i like this better. you know wine is good. everybody take a glass. alright here we go. to the red pepper. okay we like that. oh boy. okay. now while i'm still able to use a sharp object safely adrian had me chop up a red pepper. we also made a quick sauce in the dish. 4 cup of sesame oil, 4 of soy sauce and corn starch. as the canola oil heated up we added one more secret ingredient into the ginger and garlic before adding it to the pan. this is lemon grass. this is the most exotic thing i add to the dish but you can buy this right in your supermarket. alright. i mean this is
