look at the sunny view from the marquis de lafayette hotel in cape may. sunday has moved out and a few showers overnight. cool start but that's typical for this time of year. normally we'd be cool into the 40s in philadelphia but it's 52 degrees. a little bit above average. 45 in pottstown, 48 in trenton and 50 in wilmington. those temperatures will be climbing as the day goes on. we could see 70 degrees this afternoon. so the forecast is calling for more and more sunshine and the temperatures that will be climbing into the upper 60s and a little bit of a breeze blowing out of the northwest. that will be topping out at 20 miles an hour possibly some higher gusts, too. go through it neighborhood by neighborhood. right now let's check in with first alert traffic reporter jessica boyington. sun glare an issue out there, jesse? >> that's exactly where i was going next, bill. you knew it. on the schuylkill expressway around spring garden street you can see not a lot of volume but you can start to see sun glare. moving a tad slow. eastbound from the blue route
