capital investment in deutsche bank today. i'm sure you were watching that was a little interest. would capital grouping a stake make you more positive about getting into european banks? david: there's an interesting question here because if you look at the european banks, they look very cheap. some of them look really troubled. the history of deutsche's been going on for a while now. on the other hand, we have seen mario draghi correct part of a problem he created. that is the division between funding interest rates for retail banks and funding interest rates for wholesale banks. that is what the split rate policy is from the european central bank. so maybe that will stabilize the banking system. christine lagarde has this under review right now it the ecb. if it stabilizes the banking system, then european banks come very attractive -- banks become very attractive. once that happens, we can see good price-performance and investment like the one you just described and many more. the penalty of the negative rate that went down to the retail depositor has essentially been neutralized back up to zero.
