expressway all the way up toward 880, into the 40s and 30s now. highway 87 a similar stretch from about curtner to downtown and back to capitol as well.0s as you come over off of highway 17. though 61 registers in sarasota so things change after you get past that choke point. further out past this area, highway 4. we had shown you slowing off of bay point to 680 and 242. highway 4 we know that standard build. here we found there was a disabled vehicle and accident later. that was blocking one lane. all lanes are clear in the last few minutes. 242 down to the scene and walt nut creek interchange is clear. this burst is going to create drama over to lafayette and the bay bridge. right now the caldecott tunnel moves smoothly. the approach off the east shore freeway is slow. highway 4 down to san pablo and the merge. the stall is cleared but at central it was the choke point as well. things are moving through the bay bridge toll plaza as a result of the traffic getting through after that. we do have slowing through berkeley and the berkeley curve. the span across the golden gate bridge looks nice. keep in mind we still have temperatures a
