boulder creek, northwest ben lomond, northwest, los gatos hills north at 15, even down to santa cruz, capitola, soquel. so there's enough there to kind of stir up the atmosphere, which is why we stayed mainly in the 40s, 40s and 50s. right now, days are getting short, but watch the wind here as now, today is not bad. tomorrow is not bad. now watch what happens as we get towards wednesday. all right, all right. you're going to see some really strong gusts here around 4 to 5000ft. so the coastal locations and in the hills and especially north and this is going to enhance some incredibly deep moisture along with a lot of other factors which all spell rain here. not today, not tomorrow, but starting on wednesday we'll have a strong upper low deepen. a surface low will just go incredibly deep. and then that's going to tap into some deep moisture coming up right there from the hawaiian islands. it all equals a rainy pattern at least for some san francisco. oakland north, maybe south. it might take a little bit, but if you're marin county north, there are some just incredible amounts being advertised

even santa cruz mountains and also towards santa cruz, capitola and soquel, there is a little bit oftherly component. thankfully it's not strong, although it will start to pick up, i think as we head towards especially wednesday night, thursday 40s 50s to almost 60s on the temps. napa airport at 61. you can find 30s for some 40s, so there's some big differences on these temps. 29 reno 27 truckee 25 south lake tahoe. numerology there. 29 2725 as we have and except for a few high clouds to the north, we're good to go. of course, we haven't had enough rain yet to say the fire season is over. we've had some, but we need about another 1 to 2 and that would do it. so we'll have some concerns through that. any rain? not yet, but i thk maybe late sunday, monday 11 through the 17th looks promising. just not yet. but we'll get there. i think the storm door is going to open back up ride like the wind next few days so it will be on the warm side. highs mainly 70s, a few pushing maybe the north northern side of 7078 for santa rosa. >> all right. thank you steve. election talks in the classroom. n
