captioning funded by cbs captioning funded by cbs >>> this is the "cbs morning news" for thursday, may 2nd, 2013. good morning. good to be with you. i'm anne-marie green. well, three men are being held without bail this morning accused of trying to protect one of the boston marathon bombing suspects. the three are college friends of accused bomber dzhokhar tsarnaev. they are not charged with any direct involvement in the take, but they do face obstruction charges for allegedly trying to cover up for their friend by concealing evidence. susan mcginnis has the details. >> three 19-year-olds appeared before a federal judge on wednesday accused of trying to cover up evidence from the boston marathon bombing for their friend dzhokhar tsarnaev. authorities say azamat tazhayakov and dias kadyrbayev tried to destroy evidence for tsarnaev. the third is accused of lying investigators when asked about it. his mother appeared to be upset as she left the courthouse. federal authorities say the three men didn't connect tsarnaev to the marathon bombings until fbi officials released photos of the susp
