i would just like to make a comment about the customer service in that i bought a little henry carbineth the large loop and .22 long rifle and love that like nobody's business and then i decided i wanted to get one of the frontier model .22 magnums but wanted the large loop and gave mr. anthony there an e-mail about possibly getting a large loop off of the, you know, from the factory. and immediately i got an e-mail back, i gave it to my f.f.l. dealer and within 10 days i had the rifle sitting in my hand, and you can't beat that kind of service, i don't care what anybody says. >> we go to great lengths to make sure, again, the customer is happy, and part of all of that is i handle virtually all of our e-mails ourselves-- myself, excuse me-- take a lot of consumer calls, i want to hear what's going on out there, the good, the bad and the in-between. we're gonna make it right for that customer. they're taking their hard-earned money, they're spending it on our product, we appreciate that and i take it very personally. >> we got time for a couple more phone calls here. bobby is in florida
