let's bring in cary severino, president of the judicial crisis morning.l hear it, they've agreed to hear it, it's going to happen in the fall. it challenges mississippi's ban on most abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy. how do you think this is going to go? >> well, i think there are several directions it could go. i agree with justice thomas, the only justice on the court to have really clearly stated that roe v. wade is a constitutional aberration. it doesn't find its roots in the text. it's possible that the majority of the court will agree with that. that would cast it back to the state. i think we see a range of different state laws in that case, people in new york, for example, have some of the most permissive abortion laws along the lines of what we have in china and north korea. after nine months of pregnancy, you might see states doing what mississippi is doing here, looking at the fetal pain, looking at the health risks of mothers in later abortions and saying they should be limits. all abortions after the first trimester are limited. but it's
