a small memorial stands on coulter street where carlesha was abducted on sunday night. at 7:00 friends family and supporters plan to gather at green and coulter for a vigil. all they can do is pray at this point as they wait for new developments from law enforcement. >> one major new development, investigators released this new video of a man they call a person of interest. he was caught on surveillance walking into a philadelphia supermarket, down an aisle and making a purchase. the time stamp was eight hours before 22-year-old carlesha freeland-gaither was intercepted dragged down coulter street and dragged away. the fbi asked that we not reveal the location of the supermarket. it's unclear if that is the same man captured on camera using her atm card in aberdeen, maryland at 6:01 a.m. monday morning and caught on camera at a mini mart there. this video you saw on "action news" shows you the moment that she came face-to-face with her attacker at green and coulter. >> someone will recognize this guy, if you know him, can you say oh that is so and so. billboards are put

no doubt carlesha freeland-gaither's family is among them. lets switch live to chad pradelli, he is in maryland where the suspect delvin barnes was arraigned today via video conference. >> reporter: wearing an orange jump suit, and giving answers like yes, sir, and no, sir to the judge, delvin barnes was held without bond. soon they will arrive here and pick him up and take him back to maryland where he faced charges for another heinous kidnapping. he was arraigned via video, cameras were not allowed in the courtroom and he waived his right to an extradition hearing and now he sits in the detention center, now they have five days to pick him up and take him to virginia where he is wanted for picking up a 16-year-old girl and raping her and dousing her with gasoline. >> he is exactly where he belongs. with no bail. and just moments ago i did get off the phone with the charles city sheriff's office, and authorities are on their way to virginia and barnes should be picked up sometime tonight. chad pradelli, channel 6 "action news." >> thank you.

carlesha freeland-gaither was abducted sunday night. now investigators have focused their search in aberdeen, maryland. they believe this man on video is the same person who used her atm card a short time earlier. nbc 10's monique braxton has been speaking to family members and asking them if they think someone could have come to philadelphia from baltimore to abduct carlesha. monique, tell us what they told you. >> reporter: they told us they don't know. they aren't sure at this point. i can tell you, since we last spoke 30 minutes ago, a federal agent and philadelphia detectives have arrived, many in unmarked cars like the one you see here. our camera captured this video of the agent along with four detectives arriving here. i spoke with the lead investigator on the case. he tells us they are reinterviewing the mother and relatives of carlesha. sources say some stories just aren't adding up. i spoke to freeland-gaither about her daughter's disappearance prior to police arriving. you don't have any reason to believe someone was after h
