one of the things being able to sit in the armies archive with carlile, we have all kinds of unique stuff. this is the telephone logs for the 25th division for september 25th 1920, when the schofield barracks. the first reports of japanese paratroopers landing at the airfield, it comes in at about 10 o'clock. by noon, they are getting reports that there are japanese landing on the beaches. a lot of these are coming actually from the -- 11 24 parachutes landing and wearing blue cover all's with the red disk on their shoulders. a lot of them are actually coming from civilian police putting in these reports. could be airman coming, and hard to tell. >> sure. >> all of a sudden you've got these, if you would through, it these blue cover all's and red disk showing up all over the place. it's like these guys from mars coming down and landing all over the beaches. there really was this sense that they were coming ashore. at the end of the day, you have everybody out there with their springfield's laying on the beach waiting to repel the invasion. understanding it's a zero sum, what if they did d
