just minutes ago that police do have a suspect in custody, linked to the death of three- year-old, carlos nava. since monday's drive-by shooting that left a little boy dead and two men injured, police say they served search warrants in pittsburgh, berkeley and hayward, pittsburgh police say they arrested two men at oakland's request. but the police issued this statement, "an arrest was made yesterday, however it is not related to the shooting of carlos nava at this time." they say it was related to gang members as part of the investigation. we spoke to the sister of one of the men injured in the shooting, 36-year-old robert hudson, who police say was one of the intended targets. >> my brother has never been in a gang, he is 34 years old. >> reporter: she also says she never talked to her brother about it. >> it could be a mistake in the identity, anything. >> reporter: still, gang counselors say they will talk to young people trying to stop revenge. >> two people were hit that were from that neighborhood. so our goal is to try to stop that from leaking over into another neighborhood. >> report
