about about an hour and a half ago i heard first reports of this with the water flowing down carlson boulevardare reportedly working on the problem. but this water is flowing right down carlson here and right down businesses and homes. so give yourself plenty of extra time if you are driving through the area now. if you are getting off the freeway, i would avoid the carlson exit completely for now. and chp and richmond police do have blocks, they do have closures in place. but again, a lot of water and also a lot of mud. as you can see in richmond, triple a traffic camera. let's go to another triple a traffic camera. that would be the bay bridge toll plaza. you can see that is backed up all the way out to the maze. san mateo bridge is doing okay. and if you're driving to the san mateo bridge. so far, so good. i want to check in on the south bay now and go to the grid. you can see that there is a little slow traffic here and there, but for the most part, everything seems to be okay. so get it. take advantage of get out on the road early. now let's talk about the weather. here's steve or rosemar
