it does not include the did did she district, but howard, carol, baltimore as well. again not down to the southwest, but part of it will get trimmed over the next hour or two if we don't see any storms popping up here. it doesn't look like that will be the case out here this evening. highs today, reagan international, 96, same for dulles, cooler, 92, but the humidity was up so therefore the heat index felt like it was about 97-98 for a period of time this afternoon. cooling off, back to 95, or 6 for the district. same for dulles, winchester, 90, fderick, 90, baltimore, patuxent, 90s, break in the water, keeping the tonights in the upper 50s, out to the west the heat as slid to the east. this is not going to be a heat wave that just stays with us. this is not very strong at all. a fairly progressive pattern with a few days of heat here. then we cool off back into the mid-80s. so i know it will be rough for the next couple of days. but we're not talking about a week-long event or anything like that. here are the showers and thunderstorms, quite strong this afternoon, t
