human rights as well as freedom of speech but if beijing is overriding the hong kong judiciary and carol lam can't really guarantee anything. well you're exactly right the truth is no one in hong kong including carrie lamb has seen that the bill it's kept secret and what they are saying is that the law may be passed in the next few days maybe on sunday or following monday and then it will be reviewed i mean have you heard a bit anything more ridiculous if you're going to pass a law on hong kong i think common decency would mean that the hong kong people should be consulted and be allowed to express their views but they say good draft law is secret so nobody can see it so without seeing it how can carry larry come out and through everybody by saying oh don't worry a human rights will be protected the independence of big judiciary will be in check i think that's nonsense and that's an important point to make because she also says the security law will not harm the judicial independence in the cities i degree of autonomy but how do hong kong's judges regard this new law how much do they see it
