gwen: let me turn to carol lee at the table in washington. to "washington week," by the way. the long shadow that dan alluded long shadows, but the one this week is joe biden. where does that stand? carol: he's seriously considering it. there's a lot of deliberations phone calls from people around biden, even the vice president himself, to democratic donors and potential supporters. but he's not expected to make a more weeks. several there's a number of factors that he's considering as he does that. can he raise the money. want does he have the staff? will he be able to pull the talent? hillary clinton has brought most of the big democratic talent on team. and there's the family issue. the vice president and his family are going through a difficult time right now and i think it would be a mistake to overestimate how for him.nt that is he spoke on a conference call members this week. call, doing an iran called out the iran deal and he -- length1th about about the difficult decision. things thatre two make me think -- first i thought this wouldn't happen but there two things th

carol lee of the wall street journal had a chance to run into vice president biden.sked him about his bid. he jokingly said, yeah, i will have you as my running mate. we were laughing. the biden-lee ticket. it is a serious issue. when i asked several people to include valerie jared, she was serious about this issue. she said, you know, he has to make his own determination at his own time as to what he's doing to to. the white house is looking at it as serious. they are letting biden to what he must do with this. it is a very real issue. if he does jump in the race we are hearing he will get a wind it is fall of money. >> josh barrow, there are other poll stresses for hillary clinton out there. the favorable, unfavorable and the nbc poll shows hillary clinton now in a negative position there with favorable at 37, unfavorable at 48. that's a big switch from the last time they did the poll where her favorable was better than her unfavorable. bernie sanders has a favorable of 24. unfavorable of 19. he's in positive territory. but chuck todd made the point that most of th
