i am honored and proud to award carol wood our secretary at cesar chavez. she has served the district for 20 and a half years. she is bilingual in spanish and american sign language. she's an incredibly cherished and loved member of our community, and she has seen many generations of students and parents, and i am proud and behalf of the community to present this award to her. congratulations carol.
