carol: what about ibm?trying to find tune that company and move more aggressively into the cloud. could we see something? not: ibm, like apple, is known for big m&a and they made small acquisitions in 2015. everybody is waiting to see if 2016 is the year they do some thing big. ibm, if you talked to a lot of people, they say they need to do something big and it needs to get better and growth needs to come from somewhere. it could come from the split or maybe it could come from the first really large acquisition that ibm has made, at least certainly genes entire time as ceo. carol: comcast could not get the deal done with time warner cable of the former cfo is in charge of m&a. do they need to do something? should they do something? alex: comcast hired a guy who was the head of m&a at morgan stanley. he is very close to t-mobile, when he was at morgan stanley. a lot of people have speculated that maybe that means comcast will get into the wireless space. i don't know. comcast is in interesting position. they

carol: is that what's going on? pulte or others, are not moving so fast into this entry-level market. prashant: i talked about the builders that are. there's reasons why it's difficult to do it. one, in order to build a home that is less affordable -- more affordable, there's going to be sacrifices. one of those sacrifices might be you have to move further out, away from job centers and where the action is. a lot of young people want to be close to the cities, so if you don't want to do that, you don't want to go further out, you have other choices. you can go to a place where maybe the schools are not as good, or you can shrink the size of the house. they, what they are doing, are also going after millennials, but they are going after wealthy millennials who want to be close to the city, so they are building high density condo projects in inner suburbs very close to the city. for higher prices. but they say they are doing very well. corey: may be cities that have not seen the price appreciation of miami, new york,
