my name is caroline richardson alexander. i am an activist, i am an organizer, i am a civic organizer and i'm a mother, an auntie, a wife. and i'm a real woman. and it takes all of these qualities to be what we are, when we want to stand up for something. but i have been living here in san francisco since 1960. i left when the earthquake started and i came back when the earthquake was over. it was due to health reasons and i'm just torn to pieces need for who i am, caroline. it just tears me up when i continue to hear that these young people are killing each other and taking each other out. i have a strong message and i want to work out a partnership with you all. and so if we put together a task force for the black and brown organization of the alliance and we can match your task force that you guys have put together, and if we can come together with you guys and learn to work with you guys, and you all learn from us, as the community, i strongly feel that that would be a good balance. i am willing to do it over here on this
