i'm tiffany wilson in for carolyn tyler. let's start off with a quick look at the weather. here's meteorologist lisa argen. good morning, lisa. >> good morning to you. here's live doppler hd. you notice we have some high clouds. they are coming up from the southwest. and with this increase in moisture it certainly will make an impact on "the viewing" tonight of the super moon. in fact, the forecast today calls for a mix of sun and high clouds. 56 in san mateo, 54 half moon bay. we are looking at 50 in novato, 60 in san jose. a little bit of cooling yesterday and as we go through the day today low clouds and fog are at the coast. the marine layer is shallow. here it is is 1:00. notice the cirrus clouds through 2:00 and 7:00. the beginning of the ellipsis right after 7:00 p.m. and you notice the southern portion of our viewing area looking at the higher clouds. still a brilliant sight tonight. we will talk about the cooling trend in september in a few minutes. tiffany. >> thank thank you. pope francis is just moments away from concluding his successful u.s. trip. this is live
