let's go here to this picture that i have now the map generates times from cartagena's bridge to theutes. that's actually decent, but going the other way . as a matter of fact, let's get rid of this and make it a little easier to see. you can see that traffic is a little slow because of that lane closure that is their eastbound 80 at gilman. so even though it's you know, just one lane. look at this. you don't normally see this kind of traffic heading up to right about there where that closure is westbound people being how they are like people are slowing down. hey what's going on over there? was everyone so slow? well, that's what's happening. so give yourself extra time. if you drive in that area, let's talk about the east bay in general highway 24 moderately heavy no problems here as you drive through the area. westbound bay bridge still a little thick. it's improving a little, but there's still about a 10 to 15 minute wait at the toll plaza. it's 8 11. let's go back to the desk. thank you, sal, making it easier to track down hit and run drivers coming up the new law. governor news
