brianne carter is like a scene in beltsville. us with details. >> we know that one man is dead and another person is in custody after the bid and one last night that happened at this intersection of montgomery rd. and baltimore ave. it all happened around 11:20 last night. that is when they first responded to the call at this intersection. once police arrived, they found the man unconscious on the road. he was taken to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead. police say that witnesses were able to identify and give them a description of the striking vehicle and the driver. both were located just about 1 mile down the road from this intersection a little while ago. police have not released the name of the driver or the suspect in this case. they are still waiting to get more from asian-- we are still waiting to get confirmation from police. >>> services back to normal, but it was a chaotic evening commute for thousands of metro riders last night. a man jump in front of a train at the clarendon station call just before
