which is near george washington carver elementary school.e community is mourning a man who was fatally shot in east oakland. 30-year-old lnefarius mcginnis -- also known as "coach phee" --- was shot and killed on july 25th. mcginnis attended oakland public schools and worked for the school district as a coach and mentor. mcginnis would have turned 31 this month. he is survived by his wife and two daughters. they're just 9 and 2 years old. so far... police has not released any...
