we bought our home on caselli avenue two years ago. it's a home we admired for many years, and we're happy to have gotten it. but the house is not functional for a family of four, which is why we're here today. first, the hall is small and cramped, where the upstairs bedrooms are. both my son's bedroom and our room do not have the required ceiling height, and the bathroom door frame is so low i have to duck every time i get in and out. i hit my head sometimes. the stairs are also steeper than code so that -- that it's kind of dangerous. my son actually slipped and fell down the stairs one. in addition, the front yard, which i have a picture here of -- there it is. front yard, as you can see from the photo, it's not conducive for a yard where children can play, that there's a different elevation between here and the walkway, over here, and the carport, which is here, and the walkway combined takes away from a lot of the rear yard space, so they don't have room to do, you know, play activities and stuff like that. so this's opposed to wh
