casey kasem was not there however his wife of 34 years jean was there along with carrie casey his daughter from a previous marriage. one of three kids from a previous marriage. they are fighting over casey's treatment, visitation and his current condition. by now everyone knows that casey suffers from either advanced park sans or some terrible form of dementia. i'm told he barely speaks confined to a wheelchair. a california judge ruled he lacks capacity to care for himself. the story of this long time "family feud" got really weird when jean pulled casey out of a los angeles hospital and went missing for three days. they surfaced in washington state supposedly on a vacation staying with a friend. well, now, judges in two state have named carrie as his conservativer which means she is able to make decisions on his healthcare but jean was still not letting casey's children see him. in fact carrie went to the house in washington state to try to see casey and was rebuffed. today the judge in washington state granted daily visits of one hour in duration. so now carrie will be able to see her d
