steve: a judge today scheduled a february trial for the former city clerk of casey. dorothy dillinger has pleaded not guilty to charges that she stole money and burned down city hall to destroy financial auditors were to begin investigating. dillinger was clerk in the small west central iowa town for 30 years. she is now free on bond until trial. a driver is sentenced after a deadly crash killed 2 people. mari silliman faced 2 counts of vehicular homicide following the crash last year in winterset. prosecutors say she was driving recklessly when she crested a hill, lost control, and ran into a ditch. silliman was sentenced yesterday to 10 years in prison for each count served concurrently. she was also ordered to pay $150,000 to the estate of victim taylor aleman. logan waltz was also killed in the crash. the university of iowa's new president is condemning a racist remark that was carved into a bathroom door inside a campus building. bruce harreld says the school is now trying to figure out who left the message in the spence laboratories. harreld says the door was i
