frlgts there is a new fight over evidence in the casey anthony case.he attorney for her parents who has an announcement to make. but first here's nbc news's kerry sanders. >> just under the surface, there's infighting montgomery the lawy among the lawyers in the casy anthony case. at first issue, did search teams look near her house in august and then find nothing, but then four months later, remains were found in that same spot. if so, the defense argues how would casey have dumped her daughter's body there when she was under round the clock police surveillance. the search records that might best answer this question belong to texas equisearch, a volunteer organization. casey's defense team says it has not seen equisearch records. but an attorney was allowed to review all 4,000 pages of documents, making whatever conclusions he wanted and then allowing the state to do the same thing. that attorney was brad conway. casey's parents' lawyer. if he got special treatment and did look at the search records brad conway may have gone from casey's parents' law

the casey anthony case, now in florida.you have to think to yourself, how does she win a case like that? any casewh/vñ that received nationwide attention is lost before you walk into the courtroom. it then becomes your job to turn around. there is a presumption of guilt on any client and then you add the nationwide attention, it is insurmountable. >> so we have a responsibility to speak to the public? you have to figurer want to say in who you can say it to, but it seems like you are say we almost have a responsibility. >> in most cases. >> aside from the attitude of public defenders, is there something inherently more challenging about being a defender in the limelight than being in the day -- a d.a? >> it is everything we have talked about. there is the inherent bias against us as a criminal defense lawyers. added on top of that is the fact that we have this position of incompetence, somebody who is new that does not know what they're doing.db& and that our clients are probably guilty or there would have hired a real lawy
