this is an argument in the one and only casey anthony and her 2011 murder trial. trustee who is overseeing her bankruptcy wants to sell the rights to her story to pay off her debts that now total over $790,000. anthony's lawyer who would be an unprecedented invasion of her private thoughts. the judge has not yet made a decision on this but it sure brings up some fascinating legal arguments. jose baez, who is a criminal defense attorney, and paul callan, is back with us. i want to begin with you. you are always my professor of wisdom on these wickets, shall i say. that's the question here, isn't it? they are trying to harness what is in her head and monetize it? >> yes. casey anthony owes a lot of people a lot of money. so in order to avoid paying them any money, she declares bankruptcy. and in the united states we have this concept of fresh start. you go into beang republicankru you come out with a clean slate and start your life over again. the most valuable thing that she owns is the story of her life and maybe even what she has to say about what went down in tha

i think i recall in the casey anthony case that the judge asked the press to lean out and called it a. i wondered if there was some kind of admonishment in this case. we do know something more about -- we only had a hairstyle on her before. and a juror number on this woman before. but now we know more. what did you find out? >> well, show's a bosnian i am grant and a truck driver. she and her husband drive truck together. she's a mom, has a teenage daughter. and she came over to over from bosnia after the war. she has relocated here in the phoenix area. it's a tight knit community. so everybody knows each other. and the other thing is, she is very upset. very upset that she was kicked off. she put in a lot of time, four months of her life. she waned to see it through, according to her friends. and that goes to what jean said. the fact that she's not out belly aching on the steps goes to the integrity of this individual. >> jean, i can't even begin to count the number of high profile cases you have covered. and i'm not going to ask for a scientific answer here but for a general at. how

and in casey anthony's case, that was another sequestered jury. 11 hours worth of deliberations.was more than six weeks of testimony and evidence that they had to boil down into just 11 hours. in both cases, obviously those were very high-profile acquittals. so there is the question -- why wasn't this jursequested -- sequestered, jean casarez? >> i don't know of a motion from either side requesting there be a sequestration of the jury. the judge can bring it up. i know of the judge not bringing it up. it has not been an issue. we'll see if that changes once they start deliberations. i've seen many cases where the sequestration order cancer come into place at that point of time. but you're right, this is very high profile. this could be a concern and maybe with juror five, maybe everything will be changed from here on out. we'll see. >> all right. ted rowlands, beth care akaras, thank you. >>> a massive amount of blood was spilled after jodi arias allegedly killed him. next, a blood spatter expert will walk us through the crime scene. it's critical to get to the details. he says j

you take a look at casey anthony, o.j., peterson who by all accounts was a very good looking young manis case you have somebody in jodi arias' case where she has some of those fem fatal pictures of her before even though she looks more frumpy. >> a transformation. >> pat, so the jury, does seem to be a bit skeptical of aifr as' abuse claims listening to the questions they asked by way of the judge. how do you size up her defense right now? >> well, i think the defense is obviously -- they're just looking for one juror. they recognize that they're not going to get 12 jurors to come in and find her not guilty. this entire concept that somehow the defense is trashing the boyfriend and how horrible it is to the public, they're not playing, the defense is not playing to the public. they're playing to one juror trying to find one person on that jury who is willing to sit there and say, well, i kind of buy that. i think that's a possibility. if they hang the jury, then the prosecution likely isn't going to retry the case. they would probably offer her just life in prison with no death penalty
