abc 7 sports anchor casey pratt has been monitoring the meeting closely and is in the newsroom to break down the hardest of this decision. reporter: in their second marathon meeting since june, the elementary -- alameda county board of supervisors took on the issue. it has been five hours and there is still no vote. the supervisors are being asked to join the stadium proje's inpendt financial analysisthni t would deliver over 65 million dollars in construction tax revenue to the estimated $5 million per year toward homelessness, health, and education. >> this is not the --. we have all learned from our mistakes of the past. this is financially responsible. the affordable housing and public parks business. reporter: so if they vote yesternight, what comes next? they will announce the stadium site finalists in las vegas. the city of oakland expects to complete its environmental impact report by the end of the year, a huge step. after that they can hammer out a final agreement and get to the binding votes. but first, they need to do the nonbinding votes, and that is what we're waiting for
