you know, when i was -- had cassidy, when cassidy was first born -- i mean, when you go to baby showers -- and we had cassidy's baby shower -- my grandmother came. and a lot of you i'm sure have gone to a baby shower before where they go around the room and they say, you know, give the new mother some advice for this new child. tell her something that will be very helpful. so they went around the room and did it. you guys have done it before, haven't you? yeah, okay. my grandmother got to her and she said to me -- i'll never forget it. she said, kristi, say yes as much as you possibly can because so many times as a mother you have to say no. and i thought about that a lot and i thought about it a million times and i thought that is so true with our lives. so many times we have opportunities in front of us. so many times we see jobs that need to be done and so many times we have a role that needs to be filled or a leader that needs to step forward and do something and we all in minds come up reasons about why we shouldn't be the one to do it and why that doesn't really work into our live
