it's been a busy week and we go to sal castaneda for a last look. >> and with the east bay commute, we'reo start with some of the commutes in the south bay as well and you can see things are beginning to get better. we have plenty of slow traffic on the peninsula and that is pretty much everywhere you look. we have had fender benders. 580 and 13, near 13. there was a crash there and 880 is slow into downtown oak lap. the traffic here is moving along okay. 845time and light go to steve. >> thankthank you, sir. >> you're welcome. if you live in the city or coast, you know what, it's not as cool as it was a few months ago. that is true. the water temps are the warmest they have been all summer. bodega bay, 60; san francisco buoy, 61; monterey, 66 and 62 and that makes a huge difference. bodega bay dipped to 48 at one time. that makes a tremendous difference with the lows. if you're around and inside the bay, the water temps are warmer. you're seeing 59 in san francisco. one observation is 60. and that is by the -- alameda and berkeley, 63; oakland, 61 and there is news, troughing the line be
