that major backup on 80 southbound lanes completely, really congested, especially and over in the castro valley area and here have listed 2 to 4 hours. but as you just heard will, hopefully it'll be cleaned up by 9 o'clock. and as you saw in his live report, those left lanes of southbound 8.80, are currently closed. if you do want to avoid it, i put this together. now you can exit at west a street. that accident is just past winton avenue. so if you're heading that way, you can get off on west a street, then head down his spear ian boulevard and then climb back on to 80 or you can merge on to the streets and get over to the san mateo bridge. so those are some options for you. if you're a little bit more inland and you are in dublin, pleasanton or livermore. this morning, your commute livermore to dublin. 13 minutes. i would personally avoid 80 at all costs and just take 60 all the way down. and you can actually see the bottom of the screen. it's already starting to get congested in that area right now. dublin to fremont a 20 minute commute the opposite direction. the northbound lanes. cu

officer wingate will be buried at a private ceremony in lafayette, live in castro valley. henry lee ktvu fox two news. >> look for your report later today. henry. thank you. san francisco firefighters likely spend much of today at the scene of a fire that tore through a residential building undergoing renovation. the fire call came in just before 430 this morning for the fire at the four story home on line and clay streets. this is just south of the presidio. the fire department says when crews arrived, the building was engulfed in flames. it was wet and windy, and smoke from that fire was blowing throughout city streets. >> when firefighters arrived. that wind that you just heard about was pushing smoke for blocks. heavy smoke. visibility was very low and it was very dangerous for our firefighters in the wind and in the mist. >> firefighters were able to keep the flames from spreading to neighboring buildings. they searched the structure but didn't find anyone. the fire was under control by 5 a.m. the cause under investigation. now student protesters on the stanford unive
