team fox coverage throughout this hour, first to catherine herridge who is live at the justice department. catherine? >> okay.. among the highlights from the news conference, we know the suspect cesar sayoc is facing five criminal charges. they all relate to sending explosive, in this case, pipe bombs, through the mail. one of the charges includes an assault on current and former government officials, senior government officials. we also know more information about what really was the tip or the break that helped them accelerate the case and identify the suspect cesar sayoc. that was a latent fingerprint that was identified and lifted from an envelope with the package, one of two packages sent to congresswoman maxine waters. based on what we heard from the fbi director, that was the package intercepted in maryland. that fingerprint was matched against a database that they had already taken prints from cesar sayoc because of his criminal history, so they had a positive hit, a positive match. then the director said there were two other dna fragments that they extracted from other packages a
