i am working closely with supervisor catherine stefani and supervisor rafael mandelman.lly address open air drug scene struck dealing and drug overdose deaths there's been amsterdam, frankfurt, vienna, zurich, switzerland, new york. there's other providence, rhode island. there's many cities that actually do a good job. so what we did was we put it all together in one resolution to walk through the things that san francisco could do. we are asking 21 city departments and 6 city commissions to report back to the board of supervisors. i wish that i could take credit for all the ideas in san francisco recovers. but the truth is, these are ideas that are already working. we just need a coherent plan and strategy. and i think we've got 100 million dollars to that will maximize the funding that we already have. san francisco's a 14 billion dollar enterprise and i refuse to accept that the city can't solve these problems. when other cities are doing so. thinking that this funding will be deployed towards more law enforcement and a mental health services. what are you thinking?
