superintendent matthews, would you like to introduce cathy fleming? >> director of peef, cathy fleming. >> testing, testing. thank you, dr. matthews, and thank you commissioners. i'm going to read into record our resolution for the approval of a public education enrichment fund expenditure plan for the 2018-19 school year. whereas the voters of san francisco passed a charter amendment in 2004 to establish the public education enrichment fund, and whereas the voters of san francisco reauthorize the charter amendment in 2014 to extend the public education enrichment funds through 2041, and whereas board resolutions 44-27 a 10 and 115-10 a 3 establish a process for public input and development of recommendations by a community advisory committee on peef; and the community advisory committee on peef has submitted its recommendations to the board of education and superintendent. and whereas the 2018-19 pe d f expenditure plan was developed on language range plans with input from the committee advisory committee on peef and reflect a current level in staffi
