craig boswell, cbs news, washington tracking rain, snow, wind and flooding....the newschannel 3 storm team continues to track a major winter storm through our area, with impacts tonight through part of the weekend. as we move through our early friday evening, snow will continue to fall across parts of the peninsulas and the of the snow comes to an end and rain overspreads the area. the rain could be heavy at times tonight through early saturday, so keep that in mind. now, with the rain moving in, that means temperatures will be warming up, too. in fact, we )re expecting temperatures to-p&rise into the mid 40s by-p&saturday morning. we )ll likely start saturday with scattered rain. but there will be some breaks with the rain from time to time as the center of the storm pushes just offshore. high temperatures will be in the mid 40s in the morning, then fall into the mid 30s by afternoon, just in time for more snow showers to move in on the backside of the storm. while some accumulations are possible on grassy areas, it may be tough for a lot of the snow to stick to the pavement because
